GREAT PRODUCT AND FAST SHIPPING. WAS GREATLY SURPRISED TO SEE THE QUALITY OF THE PHONES. THE BIG BUTTONS ARE GREAT AND EASY TO READ. TOOK A LITTLE TIME TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO PROGRAM THE PHONE, BUT NOW IT IS A BREEZE! MICROPHONE IS SENSITIVE AND PICKS UP ALL BACKGROUND SOUNDS...SO WHEN RECORDING YOUR GREETING, TURN EVERYTHING OFF SO IT IS QUIET IN THE BACKGROUND. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!
