useless machine

Cons: all the time in repair
have here imac 27 number 4 in a year and a half. keep on breaking. february 28 2012 problems again. called apple. i have to go back to the apple store for repair or replacement. last year, i think it was october they give me machine number 4 after waiting a week. they could not repair it. have to reinstall the software again not funny. i bought the machine with windows installed and a 3 year warranty well you need the warranty no more windows they do not touch windows. i do not want it anymore but the answer i get from apple replacement or repair well go to an apple store for repair last time i had to wait three hour to hand over the machine and calling every day for a week. well, i got a new machine again well it broke down again i use apple since 1985 never had a problem but this machine is useless and the reaction of apple is very bad. i am seventy and have problems with my legs and want me to go to the apple store again well they help you to carry it but i have to put it into my car from my house not funny well it has to go for receicling i have an old g5 one of the first ones on the market i am still using it but this imac it is for me useless frans

This is my first Apple computer. I have an older iPod and an iPhone. I love the iMac so far. It's fast and the display is amazing. Mac Connections was great! The customer service through chat was excellent and I couldn't believe how fast the shipping was. Keep up the good work!

The Workhorse Gets Stronger

I used my first gen iMac until I simply could not use it any more with the advancement of sound design software like Pro Tools. This one provides the power and the storage I need for more work and virtually no errors. As the base for a two-monitor system, the connectivity is flawless - the previous Micro Video Adaptor works perfectly in the Thunderbolt port. This is my third major purchase from MacConnection and for price and service, I can't recommend them highly enough.

My 7th or 8th Mac, and my 4th or 5th through Macconnection. As usual, they put together a package that was a much better value than I could put together myself through Apple directly, and delivery was very quick. The new iMac is blazing fast, especially after I added even more RAM. Couldn't be happier.
