Pros: flexibility added with this
I bought this for my wife who is a school teacher. Her problem was she had 3 products that she needed to operate from her pc (not at the same time). They were the monitor, a projection system, and an overhead projector. With this unit and a little creative design, we were able to make this work very well.

Pros: easy, does what you expect
Cons: none
I plugged it in and it work. No software, no issues. I was using a passive y splitter and it dimmed the displays, so brightness went back to normal with this unit. Been running a month now, no problems.
