The choice of over the head or behind the ear is great. It's easy to use and comfortable (I use over the head). The wireless does extend everywhere in my house (60 x 30, 2 floors). Being wireless while working is just so liberating!! One thing though is that I use Skype a lot, so if you use Skype be prepared for degraded voice quality. On a wired headset, Skype sounds like the person is in your head. With this headset it really sounds like you are on a conventional TDM phone.
