I'm pretty sure the Airport functions properly, but my Wi-Fi connection keeps dropping out. I have to turn my Wi-Fi on & off to keep iTunes coming out of my stereo speakers. Very annoying. I think I need to change internet providers.

The unit came in a small box, instructions straight forward. If it took more than 5 minutes to install, it was because I stopped to stir my tea. No surprises, no disappointments. Everything from shipping to final up and running stage was as smooth as advertised.

Super Fast delivery, super fast setup and super fast speed. Replaced an old router that wasn't even as half as good as this one! I now have great signal all throughout the house and in every room. PC Connection had the best price and it was delivered at my door step in no time.

This is a replacement for my first generation AirPort Express and this one is certainly an improvement. I use this in conjunction with an Airport Extreme. Streaming from my various computers and phones is part of our daily routine and this unit has extended the range as well as the reliability.

Well Comcast hooked it up and it worked good, I then rewired the system to put in my phone and it would not work,. I tried for two days and then i took it to Best Buy and they set it up , and it still would not work. Then i decided to rewire the system again . Then i found the trouble i had disconnected the Airport and hookup a non used cable. Plugged it in and i had every thing. Computer in every room in the house and telepone also, very good if i was not so stupid,

I bought the AirPort Express so that I could extend the range of my network, and to use while travelling. After multiple attempts using NetGear routers that stated they could extend networks (I'm very tech savvy, but it was a horrible experience, wasted hours) I decided to give Apple a try. I got it set up in 15 mintues, and it works GREAT- the result is a very large coverage area! Not to mention I've found that Apple products last forever, and in terms of their routers: no odd dropping of signal and other annoyances that I've experienced with many other routers.
Be advised: If you're looking to extend your network range, you do have to go into the manual settings to make sure everything matches what you've set on your AirPort Extreme, and you can't extend the network of non-Apple products. I love the simplicity (I set it up on a PC/WIN 7) and it works great with my PC, MacBook Pro, and iPhone/iPad. FINALLY a product that is well made, works great, and looks good too.

I been using several 802.11g models for wi-fi range extenders and AirTunes for six years. They've been highly reliable and extremely versatile. This .11n model is even better.

In my first experience with wireless at home, I had expected that when I set the device up in one room of my house I would be able to receive signal in other rooms, particularly close ones. Mostly, that has turned out not to be the case. Contact is upredictable.

We had an updated satellite connection installed and our old Airport Extreme ceased to work with the new Satellite modem. It worked just fine within our LAN.
After talking to the Apple Technical people, we ordered the Airport Express. The old hardware would not support the later software needed to talk to the new modem.
Connected it up and it worked just fine. Couldn't have been easier!
We're not using AirTunes feature.

Easy to set up and great range. I just hope it lasts longer than the average WAP. All of my DLINK WAPs died after a couple years.
